i challenge myself with punctuation

so, that whole deal where we poison the water and do the 'miners on the outside thing' for something that isn't really "natural" like oral sex is "natural".that's worth it because for five years my sad boyfriend who is "flattered" if people call him 'monkey' will have health insurance and a living wage?
